Derek Van Den Abeelen is an engineering recruiter at Google. At all times, he provided a timely follow-up, and passed my resume to the right person within Google recruiting. The only negative I can think of is a long form that he asked me to fill-in. However, my communication with Alex clearly illustrates that he DID use the form to understand my career goals and objects. In conclusion, I would give Derek, A+.
