I worked with Michael Hardiman on one of the positions for Cisco's WebEx Organization. He is simply the best recruiting professional I have EVER worked with.
Some of the attributes that separated Michael from the rest is his honesty, candid approach, and great -- and I repeat -- great interpersonal skills. And even though, the position was not a good fit, I would with no hesitation work with Michael again or recommend him to my closest family and friends.
