One of the better places I've worked for.

The good:

Professionally run company where workers treat one another with respect. Ideas are shared and all are kept appraised of company's achievements/disappointments. Benefits and stock options typical for pharmaceutical start-up. Free food. Access to free gym. Walking distance to Pt. Richmond.

The bad:

Not for people who need hand-holding.
