Managment interaction - once a year

The good:

Great for independent workers. Truly a global company. Ability to work with people around the world. Great internal systems have been implemented in the last 10 years.

The bad:

The shareholder is the only one that counts; employees are simply a means to create revenue. The bottom line is the only thing that counts in the end since there is no national interest in keeping jobs or revenue in the US.
