The bad:
Lots of office politics in play. Personnel decisions are made hastily leading one to believe decisions by management weren't made with proper considerations. Personal character of some remaining management could be considered questionable.
Improper ethics regarding monetary decisions including management retaining bonuses while cutting bonuses of lower leveled employees in 08. Management agreed to forego bonuses in 09 while agreeing to give lower level employees bonuses contingent upon certain conditions. But it's obvious conditions couldn't be met and no one will receive bonuses in 09.
Unwillingness to cut costs in order maintain corporate office location. Lots of empty space leased in Arlington and Fort Worth which could've saved jobs if managed properly.
